How do I contact customer support?

What are your customer support hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ET). We’re offline on weekends but will respond first thing Monday morning.
What information should I include in a support request?
Please provide your order number (if applicable), a detailed description of your question or issue, and photos if related to a product or return.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is the return window?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
How do I initiate a return?
Email info@wearclo.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send return instructions. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. To get a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item following the return process.
Which items cannot be returned?
Customized or made-to-order products, personal care and hygiene items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for safe delivery.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We’ll refund your original payment method and email you as soon as it’s complete.
What if I haven’t received my refund?
If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and it hasn’t appeared, email info@wearclo.com for assistance.
What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us immediately at info@wearclo.com. We’ll review the issue and resolve it quickly.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
How long does delivery take?
After processing, deliveries usually take 4–8 business days, depending on your address and the carrier.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on your location, shipments may be handled by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are included in your confirmation email and can be used on the carrier’s website.
